Well, it's time to get started in here. My name is Ana Cristina Rodrigues. I work in the brazilian National Library, at Rio de Janeiro. I teach in a private university and wish to became a writer.

Until now, I'm not being very efortful to achieve this last goal. My short stories are published in a few zines/ezines in Brazil and Argentina (thanks to Sergio), and my most important role in this area has been helping others new writers, publishing and coordinating virtual groups. 

I want this to change. I plan to leave most of my publishing and coordination activity in 2009 to dedicate myself to my own projects. Above all, I wish to dedicate the sparse free hours I have to my novel, the one who haunts me for years.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is the journal of a voyage to the end of earth.
